1. What happens if I lose my passport?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost passports. Please keep your passport in a safe place to ensure you can collect your stamps and participate in the program.

2. How much does the passport cost?

The passport is $20 for each! 

3. Where can I get a passport?

Passports will be available for purchase here on our website. You can join our waitlist to find out when.

4. How do I earn a stamp?

To earn a stamp, simply visit a participating business and make an admission purchase. The business will stamp your passport at the time of purchase.

5. What do I get for completing my passport?

At the end of the program, you can submit your passport if you have completed all stamps for a kids Adventure box!

6. When does the program run?

The CT Kids Passport program runs from March 1st, 2026, to October 31st, 2026. All completed passports must be submitted by the deadline to be eligible for the adventure box. Deadline 11/15/2026.

7. Where do I submit my completed passport?

You can submit your completed passport at a designated drop-off location or mail it in. Submission details will be listed on our website as the deadline approaches.

8. Can I get multiple passports for my family?

Each child in your family can have their own passport! However, stamps cannot be transferred between passports. Each child would need their own admission purchase.

9. What types of businesses are participating?

The program includes a variety of kid-friendly businesses such as play spaces, museums, activity centers, and more! Check our website here for a full list.

10. Do I need to make a purchase at every location?

Yes, an admission purchase is required at each business to receive a stamp. This helps support our wonderful local businesses while making the experience fun for families.

11. What is the expiration date of the deals inside the passport?

The passport stamping will end October 31st, 2026. 

12. What if I buy a passport midway through the year?

Families can join the program up until August 1st, 2026.  The earlier you start; the more time you have to collect stamps!

13. Is there a cut off date to purchase the Passport?

Yes, you will be able to purchase a passport up until August 1st, 2026.
